Services

We provide Pacific newcomers to New Zealand information about key services that they will need to connect with and be aware of. We go through a comprehensive needs assessment to understand each family's situation and to determine their immediate, short and long term goals. From this, we can then co-design a settlement plan for the family or individual. We bring in and work in collaboration with key stakeholders in social services to work with the individual or families. We provide free services and workshops.

• Applications to open bank accounts and Kiwisaver
• Applying for IRD numbers and entitlements
• Settle into work
• Settle children into school
• Understanding living costs & basic financial literacy
• Understanding credit reports/history and what to look out for when borrowing
• Registration with GP
• Support, advocate and navigate social services
• Needs assessment
• Co-design settlement plan for immediate, short & long term goals
